Services:  Cash assistance, food stamps, medical assistance, energy assistance, information and referral to other social service agencies, employment training program, nursing home care benefits, and disability advocacy program, and referrals to the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment Program (EPSDT).

Hours:  Clinic hours 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.;    24 hour emergency care

Services:  General care, medical/surgical care, orthopedics, medical/surgical acute care, internal medicine, occupational medicine, physical rehabilitation, outpatient clinic/surgery, ophthalmology, cardiology, urology and prescription medicine and 24 hour emergency care.  Also providing Nursing Home and Intermediate Care.

Services:  MH/MR services include: Psychiatric evaluation; psychological testing; outpatient therapy; residential service for MH/MR adults; consultation and education services.  MH/MR Case Management; 24 hour crisis intervention; Host family residential care for children; early intervention services; therapeutic activity center for retarded adults; Student Assistance Program; Psychiatric Rehabillitation;  Intensive Case Management, and Resource Coordination.  

Child care services include: Child care centers, Family Day Care Homes, School-Based Before and After School Child Care.  

Aging services include: In-Home personal care, attendant care, elder care, senior centers in Perryopolis and Fayette City.  

Congregate meals and home delivered meals. Options Level II Personal Care Home Support. Aging department can be reached by calling 489-1100 or 1(800) 803-6625.
