Hours:  Office hours 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  Monday - Friday

Services:  R.N.s, L.P.N.s, Certified Nurses' Aides, Personal Care Workers, Companions, and Sitters are available by day, week, or longer, full-time or part-time.  Personnel are qualified, dependable, bonded, and insured.  Quality care at reasonable rates.

 Also: personal care homes in Uniontown and Perryopolis areas.

Services:  Compeer program:  This program matches volunteers with mental health consumers in fayette County.  These friendships are one on one and require a minimum of 4 hours a month for one year.

Representative payee program:  This program assists consumers of Mental Health with paying bills, budgeting, and financial management.  The service is free to all eligible applicants living in Fayette County.

Oak House Drop-in Center:  The Oak House is a consumer-run drop-in-center designed for socialization of consumers of mental Health.  The center offers activities such as pool, crafts, cooking classes, and more.  Transportation is a free service to all Oak House members. Hours are as follows: 5:00p.m.- 8p.m. Monday and Thursday

 1:00 p.m-4:00 p.m. on Wednesday and 3:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. Saturday.  We are located at 25 Connelsville St., Uniontown.

 Parent Involved Network:  P.I.N. is a parent-run county wide network of parents, parent groups and others interested in children's issues which cut across all of the child-serving systems.

Consumer / Family Satisfaction Team:  Surveys mental health consumers to determine if they're satisfied with the services they receive.

 Independent Monitoring Team:  surveys developmentally challenged individuals to determine satisfation with services received.

Health Choices Ombudsman:  assists consumers and family members with issues related to mangaged care.  1(877) 213-3031.

Health Choices Consumer / Family Satisfation Team:  surveys mental health consumers and ACCESS recipients to determine satisfaction with insurance providers.

 Harbor House Drop-in Center:  located at 518 Crawford Ave, Connellsville, and offers the same services and guidelines as Oak House.  Operates Tues. & Fridays 5 - 8pm; transportation free.

Services:  Acute regional referral center for general medicine (allergy, cardiology, dermatology, diabetes, endocrinology, gastroenterology, hematology, neurology, oncology, psychiatry, pulmonary, nephrology, and rheumatology), rehabilitation,surgery (burn, cardiac, ear-nose-throat, ophthalmology, orthopedic, podiatry, trauma, and urology), pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, support services, and Primary Care:  Hill House-Adult Medicine and Podiatry, Arlington Heights - Pediatric Medicine.

Hours:  8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Monday - Friday

Services:  Primary care provides medical, audiology, and pharmacy services to the Mon Valley community through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management and a continuance of care and patient education programs.  EPSDT (Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment) serves children and youth under age 21 who are Medical Assistance eligible.  The goal is to find and treat health problems which might interfere with normal development and future health insuring that no family is deprived of health services because of a lack of money to pay for those services.  Family Planning offers a full range of family planning and women's health services including counseling, information, education, and gynecological care.

Services:  287 bed acute care facility offering:  comprehensive oncology services including a regional cancer treatment center for radiation therepy and an in-patient unit;  skilled care center;  medical / surgical;  OB/GYN; psychiatric; critical and cardiac care; rehabilitation; emergency medicine;  drug and addictive disease; same day surgery center.

Services:  Acute care, medical and surgical services, intensive care, cardiac, medical and transitional care, emergency care, cardiac catherization, short stay surgery, child and adolescent inpatient psychiatric program, drug and alcohol detoxification program, radiology services, including CT scan and MRI, nuclear medicine, physical therapy, including EMG studies, cardiopulmonary (EKG/EEG) services,  home health care program, geriatric behavior unit, children's residential program, pain management clinic, and laboratory services.
