Hospital is one of the nation's largest private obstetrical services in
the United States committed to enhancing the health care and well-being of
women and infants. Specialty
services include obstetrics, gynecology, radiology, pathology, plastic
surgery, oncology, breast care and diagnostic services, general surgery,
pediatrics, intensive care medicine, ultrasound, and clinical genetics.
It is a teaching facility affiliated with the University of
Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and has one of the highest birth rates for

Compeer program:
This program matches volunteers with mental health consumers in
fayette County. These
friendships are one on one and require a minimum of 4 hours a month for
one year.
Representative
payee program: This program
assists consumers of Mental Health with paying bills, budgeting, and
financial management. The
service is free to all eligible applicants living in Fayette County.
Oak
House Drop-in Center: The Oak
House is a consumer-run drop-in-center designed for socialization of
consumers of mental Health. The
center offers activities such as pool, crafts, cooking classes, and more.
Transportation is a free service to all Oak House members. Hours
are as follows: 5:00p.m.- 8p.m. Monday and Thursday
1:00
p.m-4:00 p.m. on Wednesday and 3:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. Saturday.

Parent
Involved Network: P.I.N. is a
parent-run county wide network of parents, parent groups and others
interested in children's issues which cut across all of the child-serving
systems.

EPSDT (Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment) serves
children and youth under age 21 who are Medical Assistance eligible.
The goal is to find and treat health problems which might interfere
with normal development and future health insuring that no family is
deprived of health services because of a lack of money to pay for those
services. Family Planning
offers a full range of family planning and women's health services
including counseling, information, education, and gynecological care.
