they can receive from various agencies. Share and Care Committee sends flowers and condolences for
funerals, visits and sends cards to homebound and shut-in persons, and
arranges speakers and trips for senior citizens, participates in Senior
Olympics, yard care committee who arranges for seniors to obtain grass
cutting services.

Aging services
include: Care Management, a
program that coordinates the assessment, planning, and delivery of all
services to assure unrestricted access within the community; Home Support
provides labor-intensive unskilled or semi-skilled maintenance, cleaning
tasks, or routine household chores. Personal
Care provides periodic assistance with bathing, eating, grooming,
ambulation, or taking medications. Adult
Day Care provides group activities in a supportive environment for those
with physical, mental, or psychosocial limitations, emphasis is placed on
gaining greater independence with daily living skills.
Ombudsman works with volunteers, residents, employees, and
administrators of long-term care facilities and agencies providing
long-term care in the client's home to resolve complaints, assure
responsible care, and increase community awareness of client needs.
Adult services include services to people age 18 to 64 through
Human Service Development Fund. Available
services are Adult Day Care, Light Housekeeping, Shopping Assistance,
Chore Care, and Personal Care.
