EPSDT (Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment) serves children and youth under age 21 who are Medical Assistance eligible. The goal is to find and treat health problems which might interfere with normal develop- ment and future health insuring that no family is deprived of health ser- vices because of a lack of money to pay for those services. Family Planning offers a full range of family planning and women's health services including counseling, information, edu- cation, and gynecological care.
