Services Provided:

Medicare certified Joint Commission Accredited Comprehensive Home Health Care services require a physician's referral. Services provided are: Registered Nurses, providing skilled nursing care; certified home health aides; medical social work is provided to homebound patients; In-Home Rehabilitation services are provided by a highly trained and supervised rehab team comprised of Licensed Physical Therapists, Certified Occupational Therapist, Licensed Speech Therapist, and trained Rehab nurses; Enterostomal Therapists are certified in providing Enerostomal Therapy Maternal Child Care including a maternity early discharge care team comprised of physican, nurse, social worker and counselor, certified home health aide, physical therapist, occupational therapist, and speech therapist providing comprehensive comfort care to persons with a life-limiting illness. Volunteer services are available as well as volunteer opportunities, and bereavement services are also available; laboratory services, specialized cancer care, intravenous high tech therapy, psychiatric nursing care, Diabetic education care and nutrition care. Our private duty services division provides hourly sitter services, hourly home health aide services, hourly LPN/hourly RN services, housekeeping services and a special home health aide visit which includes all aspects of personal care (bathing, linen change, and clean up of work area). In the vast majority of cases private services are private pay. A forty eight (48) hour advance notice is required.
