Information & Referral administers a free, public access community system called Community Assets Pa.(CAPA) This online system provides the public with needed information and resources available in the community and across the state.

• 6,980 phone calls were recieved by the hotline last year.

An Information and Referral Specialist is available to assist low income individuals and Senior Citizens in filling out rent/tax rebates and PACE forms.  Call for information.
