In-Home Services Program & Adult Daily Living Center

IN HOME SERVICES & Angels at Work: 

Provides hands-on personal care to people 60 years of age or older in Fayette County allowing individuals to live in their own homes as independently as possible.  Personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, ambulating, meal preparation, feeding, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene are provided by trained workers.  We home support which includes basic household chores, laundry, money management, medication reminders, shopping and escorting to appointments.  We also provide house cleaning services to all members of the community through our "Angels at Work" program, regardless of age for a reasonable fee.  Contact the Project Manager at 724-437-6050 ext 2237.
The number of participants who maintained independent living and avoided institutionalizaion through support services totaled 1327 for the year 2004-2005. 

ADULT DAILY LIVING CENTER:

The Adult Daily Living Center is licensed through the PA Dept. of Aging and meets all requirements of the local, state, and federal governments.  The center is a stimulating alternative to daytime home life for the adult experiencing a deterioration in physical, social, emotional or mental abilities.
At the Adult Daily Living Center, your loved one will enjoy both group activities and individualized assistance.  Both of these promote independence through physical and mental exercises.  Your loved one will not be the only one with a new and positive outlook on life, but you will enjoy the freedom the center will bring to you.  You will be able to work outside the home, maintain social commitments or be active in your community.
