Meadow Heights Apartments

Meadow Heights Apartment was developed by Uniontown Senior Associates, an affiliate board of Community Action.

Community Action developed Meadow Heights Apartments in order to meet the increasing demand for affordable and accessable housing for older adults, age 62 and over.

  • We currently have a few vacant apartments.
  • Located on the Community Action Campus of Services on North Beeson Avenue in downtown Uniontown.
  • On-site support services such as meals through the senior center, care management, counsuling and referral.  Personal care, houskeeping, and laundry are offered for a fee.

World Breastfeeding Week

Featured FCCAA Program

The Commodity Supplemental Food Program assists low income people over age 60, breast feeding postpartum women, and children ages 5 to 6 referred from WIC. Food boxes are distributed monthly.
