Opportunities abound if you’re interested in producing your family’s secret recipe in Fayette and surrounding counties. Or, maybe you cater and need larger preparation facilities or place settings for a larger event.  Or, perhaps, you’re a restaurateur who needs more cool, frozen or dry storage space.

 Foodservice Rentals is a fully-licensed commercial kitchen located inside the Republic Enterprise Center in Republic, PA. 
Republic, PA is located in the rolling hills of western Fayette County , about 10 miles northwest of Uniontown. The facility is located at the corner of Steel and Legion Streets, about a block from downtown.

 Foodservice Rentals is an asset to the food service community and a job creation resource. Individuals in various food service and production enterprises can find the equipment they need; a facility where a budding entrepreneur with a great food product idea or the seasoned caterer will feel at home.  

Food Preparation: Most of the equipment is new and includes commercial mixers, convection ovens, deep fryers, ranges, steam kettle, and a large dishwasher. There is an ample food preparation and storage area. All areas are bright with the new lighting and paint.

Storage: Large new coolers and freezers are available for rental (per cubic foot) and ample dry and pallet storage are also available.

 Production and Packaging: If you are a vegetable producer, why not take your product to the commercial kitchen and produce your very own signature salsa, hot pepper jelly, or black bean & garlic dip. Or are you an orchardist and want to produce your own hot peach jam? Foodservice Rentals will assist you in packaging your product with the required nutritional information and designing and producing labels.
Depending on your level of expertise, an orientation session will be arranged to become familiar with the equipment and services provided. Each user must be licensed and registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.  When you are ready to begin production, an hourly rate will be assessed for the equipment usage.

Education and Training: Educational classes will also be offered, such as food preparation, food handling and safety and business planning.
