Families Growing Together.......

Fayette County Community Action Agency's ability to impact the lives of 40,000 Fayette County residents is a result of offering a multitude of vital programs and services in one location. 

In its efforts to develop a centralized location for its comprehensive array of services, Fayette County Community Action Agency revitalized a deteriorating section of downtown Uniontown and turned it into its Campus of Services. 

Fayette County Community Action Agency's state of the art Family Service Center, the Community Services Center, along with the Food Bank and Warehouse are located on the Campus of Services.  Meadow Heights Apartments, a 60 unit apartment building for individuals aged 62 and older is our newest endeavor. 

On the campus, area residents can also access 19 other health and human service agencies that are currently tenants on the campus. 

According to Fayette County Community Action Agency's long range plans, the campus will continue to grow to meet the ever changing needs of the community. 

This is why we are in dire need of your assistance. 

We are inviting you to become a member of our growing family.  Our Family Tree recognizes the generosity and support of individuals who truly believe in our mission and the importance of family.  The Family Tree is located in the Administrative Hallway of our Family Service Center.  Each leaf, stone or plaque is a tribute to memoraialize friends, loved ones or businesses.  Our Family Tree can grow through your support. 

With a donation of $100 - $249   HONOR ROLL:  

• You become an Official Member of the Community Action Gift Club
• Recognition in The Community Action Review, the official newsletter of Fayette County Community Action Agency, Inc.
• Invitation to all FCCAA events, including the Annual Service Awards Banquet
  

With a donation of $250 - $999 BRONZE:

• All items listed in previous category
• Official member of Family Tree - recipient of leaf on the Family Tree with an engraving of your choice.
• Complimentary subscription to The Community Action Review, the official newsletter of FCCAA, which is produced quarterly. 
• Presentation of exclusive Community Action Gift Club pottery item, designed by New Geneva Stoneware Company.

With a donation of $1,000 - $9,999 SILVER:

• All items listed above
• Official Member of Family Tree - recipient of brass stone on the Family Tree with an engraving of your choice.
• Recognition in the Community Action Annual Report

With a donation of $10,000 - $19,000 GOLD:

• All items listed above
• Official member of Community Action Family - recipient of plaque on the Wall of Donors with an engraving of your choice.

With a donation of $20,000 PLATINUM:

• All items listed above
• Official member of Community Action Family - recipient of large plaque on the Wall of Donors with an engraving of your choice.
• Official Member of the Dedication Club - a room at Community Action will be dedicated to you for your support of the programs and services at Community Action and your generosity will be forever memorialized with a plaque.
• Public recognition of donation through a press conference at Community Action.
